At first glance, the Editor's Note Design seemed to stick out a bit to me but I made some changes after trying multiple designs and this one looks very natural to the magazine.

It doesn't throw off the vibe as the black-and-white scheme blends in with the next page being white. The whole magazine follows this blending-in scheme as the editor's note blends in with the next page and the next black page blends in with the following article. it gives a nice seamless feel that I am very happy with

The Benjamin Franklin quote that I mentioned is that that is particularly close to my heart as I am a person who tends to prove my ability by the result not by boasting.

the quote square overlapping the picture was an elaborate design choice that I saw in another editor's note and it immediately inspired me and it showcased my creative nature and the ability to take uncomfortable decisions for the better.

for all the pages I used the same font for the numbering and the name of the magazine but for diversity, I changed the placement and arrangement of these texts.
